| General Information |

- Uplift to total 3 years warranty coverage is effective from the purchase date of Acer hardware as stated in the Official Receipt / Proof of Purchase.
- SuperCare must be purchased and activated within 90 days from the product purchase date, documented by an invoice or sales receipt and send a copy to Acer Philippines, Inc.
- Customer must purchase SuperCare to be eligible for Super On-Site at Php 1,950.
- As Acer Veriton and AcerPower Business Desktops are covered by 3 years local limited warranty, owners of Acer Veriton and AcerPower are eligible to purchase Super On-Site at Php 1,950 without having to buy Acer SuperCare Extended Warranty.
- The SuperCare service excludes theft, loss, intentional damage and damage due to fire or natural disaster.
- All SuperCare support services rendered by Acer Service Center will, if necessary after phone-based troubleshooting, dispatch an engineer to the customer for either parts replacement or repairs determined at Acer's discretion.
